ABOUT

Heather Scott is a wine grower, wine maker, sommelier and business executive. Her path to wine hasn't been a direct one. But it has been a great adventure.
"I looked into going into wine in my twenties before Oregon became a wine destination. Over time my career path in advertising and media formed connections to brands like Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, educating enology and viticulture students at WWCC and various tasting room jobs from dishwasher to server. The journey continues in 2023 earning my first Master Court of Sommelier Certification."
"Enjoying wine" is a beautiful way of living, and perhaps one that is just as extraordinary as finding it."

It takes a village!
It takes a village to start a vineyard and make wine. Thank you to the Walla Walla community for sharing your knowledge, resources and expertise in wine. Special thanks to Justin Basel (Solemn Cellars), Sean Boyd, Kevin Masterson, Jessie Corvino and Liz Wylie (Rotie Cellars), Toby and Chris Turlay (Ducleaux), Gilles Nicault (Long Shadows) and Josh and Jody Roznowski (Smokey Rose). Without you this would not have been possible.
And, thank you to wonderful friends and family for planting, sweating, pruning and all of the emotional support. You know who you are.
